March 30, 2021 – Bridgewater, NJ – ISITC, the industry trade group focused on developing standards and best practices in financial services operations, announced Steven Kelly, CFA and Product Manager at CME Group, as the recipient of the ISITC Standard of Excellence Award. The award was presented to Kelly on March 30th during ISITC’s virtual 27th Annual Securities Operations Summit March 29 – April 2, 2021.
The Standard of Excellence Award recognizes individuals who have made a significant contribution to the industry and rendered exceptional service to ISITC, which is supported by the voluntary services of industry professionals. Kelly was selected as the recipient of the award due to his many achievements in driving the industry forward during his time with ISITC.
Kelly is a transformational leader with a reputation for delivering innovative strategies and solutions across the full spectrum of financial services. He has been involved with ISITC for two decades and is a Past Chair of ISITC’s board. In addition to his involvement with ISITC, Kelly’s engagement with a number of industry organizations includes the Portal Alliance board of directors, FIX Trading Community member and chair of various working groups, Omego advisory board, and SIFMA committee co-chair. Prior to joining CME, Steve also worked at Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Scudder Investments.

The Standard of Excellence Award recipient is chosen annually by a committee of select ISITC board members, led by Erica Borghi, Immediate Past Chair.
