BOSTON – ISITC (The International Securities Association for Institutional Trade Communication), the industry trade group focused on standards in transaction processing and related communications, today announced that Jeffrey T. Zoller, Vice President at T. Rowe Price, will serve as the next Chair of the organization for the 2014 ? 2015 tenure. Zoller assumes the Chairmanship from Jan E. Snitzer, who completed her two-year term as Chair in December 2013. A member of ISITC since 2005, Zoller has served on the ISITC North America Board of Directors for six years. He most recently contributed as Second Vice Chair of the Board and Executive Sponsor of the Investment Manager Forum. Zoller was also a member of the Steering Committee for SIFMA?s Asset Managers Forum from 2010-2013. ?I am thrilled to further my commitment to ISITC by taking on the organization?s Chairmanship role,? says Zoller. ?Our industry has witnessed a great deal of change over the past few years and 2014 promises to be no different, bringing even further implications for financial service firms. Outgoing ISITC Chair Jan Snitzer, Vice President at Loomis, Sayles & Co., comments, ?Serving as the ISITC Chairman for the last two years has been a pleasure. I am extremely honored to pass the torch on to Jeff Zoller. Jeff is already an integral part of ISITC and I am confident he will lead the organization with dedication and determination during his time as Chair.? As Chair, Zoller will act as President and CEO of ISITC and preside over all board meetings. His duties will include supervising and controlling ISITC?s affairs as well as acting on behalf of ISITC with regard to contracts and other documents. Mr. Zoller will also address ISITC members at the 20th Annual Industry Forum and Vendor Show, scheduled for March 23-26, 2014 in Boston. The event will bring together over 300 professionals from all areas of the financial industry, including broker/dealers, investment managers and custodians. Event delegates will include C-Suite and other senior executives from ISITC member firms who hold a wide variety of roles in both business and operations. Snitzer will continue contributing to ISITC as part of the Executive Board.
