Bridgewater, NJ, May 28, 2024 – ISITC, the industry trade organization connecting global financial services experts, today announced the formation of its new Executive Leadership Committee (ELC). This pivotal committee will work closely with the Board of Directors, supporting ISITCs extensive network of working groups, forums, task forces, and staff.
The ELC will play a crucial role in driving the organizations mission forward by acting as executive sponsors of various initiatives, serving as subject matter experts, and undertaking other vital roles. Members of the ELC are selected for their proven dedication to the goals of ISITC and their long term commitment to the organizations growth and success.
We are thrilled to establish the Executive Leadership Committee, which represents a significant step towards enhancing our operational effectiveness and fostering innovation within the industry, said Rich Robinson, Chair of ISITC. The ELC members bring a wealth of experience and a shared commitment to our mission, making them ideally positioned to help lead our strategic initiatives.
The inaugural members of the ELC include:
- Erica Borghi, former ISITC Chair of the Board and recipient of the 2024 ISITC Standard of Excellence Award, recognized for her visionary leadership and profound impact on the organization and financial services industry. She is currently a Partner at EMR Consulting Partners.
- Jason Brasile, a Vice President in the Product Management group at State Street, who helps guide the strategic direction and development of the transaction lifecycle and is an active member and leader of several client-facing industry groups. He has previously served on the ISITC Board of Directors.
- Jocelyn Flaherty, Director of Business Event Marketing for DTCC, who has been a member of ISITC since 2001, served four terms on the ISITC Board of Directors and served in an Officer role as Secretary. She was named ISITC Director Emeritus in 2022.
- Lisa Iagatta, Director of Operations at WisdomTree, a member of the investment community since 1991, and closely involved with ISITC, having served as Chair of the Board from 2019 through 2021.
This dynamic team will ensure ISITC continues to serve as a critical platform for collaboration on key financial services operations and standards. The ELCs efforts will focus on areas such as the new way of working, emerging regulations, digital assets, ESG, and the shortening of the settlement cycle.
