Jocelyn Flaherty is Director, Business Event Marketing for DTCC and has worked in the financial services industry for 20+ years. In her current role, Jocelyn is responsible for global event marketing strategy, planning and budget management across the DTCC businesses, including data, derivatives, transaction management and digital assets. Additionally, Jocelyn acts as a visible and accessible liaison to the industry through participation in DTCC’s global Advisory Board programs, and participation in key industry forums and organizations including ISITC
Before her role at DTCC, Jocelyn managed global event marketing at Omgeo, DTCC’s former joint venture with Thomson Reuters. Prior to Omgeo she was in product marketing at Thomson Reuters (previously Thomason Financial).
Prior to DTCC, she was an integral part of the marketing team at R.R. Donnelley Financial in Boston for seven years. In this role, Ms. Flaherty worked closely with the sales team to develop and deliver compliance and marketing communications meeting the needs of securities law firms, corporations and investment fund companies.
Jocelyn has been a member of ISITC since 2001 and served four terms on the ISITC Board of Directors and served as Secretary on the Board from 2010 – 2016. She managed Press Relations and the PR firm for ISITC North America and Chaired the Marketing Committee which led the planning and agenda management of multiple ISITC Summits over several years. In 2022, Jocelyn was named ISITC Director Emeritus and continually advised and contributed to special projects for ISITC.
Ms. Flaherty holds a B.A. in Communications from Worcester State College, Worcester, MA, and a M.A. in Marketing Communications from Emerson College, Boston, MA.
