Ana Lotharius is a Boston‑based financial services executive with over two decades of leadership experience, most recently serving as Executive Director in Clearing & Securities Services at DTCC. During her tenure from 2005 to 2025, Ms. Lotharius drove cross‑functional initiatives within the Strategy & Market Solutions team, advancing strategic alignment across the organization. She oversaw the implementation and governance of DTCC’s Advisory Council and client engagement framework, ensuring regulatory compliance and embedding best practices across business lines. She previously led the Clearing & Settlement Advisory Council and the ITP Advisory Council in the Americas for over a decade.
A recognized industry leader, Ms. Lotharius served on the Board of ISITC for nine years, both as Treasurer and Secretary, served as Executive Sponsor of the Regulatory Forum, and currently serves on ISITC’s Executive Leadership Committee (ELC). She is a committed advocate for diversity and inclusion, mentoring Latinx talent and championing ERG initiatives to foster a more inclusive workplace.
Before her time at DTCC and Omgeo, Ms. Lotharius held product management roles at Eze Castle Software and SunGard Futures Systems, where she began as a technical writer and trainer before advancing to product manager for back‑office processing solutions in the exchange‑traded derivatives space.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from Duke University and is fluent in Spanish.
