Matthew Schill

DTCC

Matthew serves as Executive Director for the Asset Services business at DTCC. In this role he is responsible for delivering strategic and new technology initiatives. In his time at DTCC he has held a variety of roles and led significant industry programs, including the corporate actions focus of both the T+1 and T+2 programs, the creation of the CA Web / ISO 20022 interfaces and the launch of the ClaimConnect service. Additionally, Matthew spearheaded the industry solution for the retirement of the LIBOR benchmark and is currently leading the AnnounceDirect initiative to streamline corporate action announcements. 

Matthew has over 20+ years of financial services industry experience in product and operations. He is also an active member of the Corporate Actions Forum at SIFMA and a co-chair of the Reference Data and Standards working group at ISITC. Previously, he has held roles at State Street, JPMorgan, eSeclending and Citi. Matthew obtained an Artificial Intelligence Certification for DTCC from the Boston Consulting Group. Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bryant University.
