Veteran industry leader recognized for decades of service and contributions to financial services operations
Bridgewater, NJ, April 21, 2026 – ISITC, the industry trade organization connecting global financial services experts, announced Dennis Goodenough as the recipient of the 2026 ISITC Award of Excellence.
The ISITC Standard of Excellence Award is presented annually to an individual who has made meaningful contributions to the financial services industry and demonstrated a strong commitment to ISITC. The organization connects global financial services experts to reduce capital market risk and increase operational efficiencies. The recipient is selected by a committee of ISITC board members led by the immediate past chair.
Goodenough was recognized for his decades of leadership, deep industry experience, and long-standing commitment to advancing collaboration and best practices across the securities operations community. The award was presented at ISITC’s 32nd Annual Securities Operations Summit in Boston.
“Dennis Goodenough has been a cornerstone of ISITC for more than two decades,” said Rich Robinson, ISITC’s immediate past chair. “His depth of knowledge, practical approach to problem-solving, and commitment to mentoring others have made a lasting impact on both our organization and the broader financial services industry. We are pleased to recognize his contributions with the 2026 Award of Excellence.”
Goodenough brings more than 40 years of experience in financial services operations and technology, supporting investment management, securities processing, and industry-wide initiatives. He is the founder of DG3 Consulting LLC, where he has advised firms on operations, technology, and strategic initiatives since 2011. Prior to launching his consulting practice, he held senior leadership roles across the industry.
A longtime member and contributor to ISITC, Goodenough has served on the board and in other leadership positions. As an elected representative of the associate membership community, he has supported ISITC’s efforts to foster education, collaboration, and the development of industry best practices.
