ISITC SUMMIT CANCELLED
ISITC has decided to cancel the ISITC 26th Annual Securities Operations Summit, which was set to take place March 28 – April 1, 2020 at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel in Boston, MA, until further notice.
We reached this decision, after careful deliberation and discussions with ISITC leadership and our members, due to the evolving situation regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and restrictions on non-essential travel implemented by many of ISITC’s member firms and other organizations that impact the ability of our speakers, sponsors and other attendees to participate in the event.
Although we were on track to have one of our most successful Summit to date, we made this decision to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our members, and of course the broader community.
If you are currently registered as an attendee
Your registration will be cancelled and fees refunded automatically. You will receive an email from ISITC in the coming days letting you know this has occurred. If you are an exhibitor or sponsor of the event, we will be reaching out separately with more details.
Hotel reservation cancellations
Please remember to cancel your hotel and travel plans as necessary. If you are staying at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, call them at (617) 338-4111 to cancel your room. To avoid cancellation penalties, call at least three days prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund.

Non-Member: $1,095.00 USD

All registrations include: Access to the Exhibit Hall; Working Group, Forum and Committee Sessions; General Session; the exhibitor cocktail receptions on Sunday and Monday evenings; and all conference meals.
One-Day Monday Registration
Member/Non-Member: $350.00 USD *This registration type is not available to non-Exhibiting/Sponsoring Vendors.
Registration includes: Access to the Exhibit Area on Monday, General Sessions on Monday, and all meal functions on Monday excluding the Monday Evening Dinner (can be purchased separately).
Women's Breakfast & Session Registration (Wednesday)
Member/Non-Member: $75.00 USD
Table of 8 Individuals: $525.00 USD *Can register online under one individual. ISITC will reach out for additional 7 names.
Registration includes: Access to the Wednesday Women's Breakfast and Session only.
Vendors
The cost for Vendors to attend the Securities Operations Summit will be $1,500 per person. You may also choose to purchase an exhibit booth which comes with two complimentary Full Conference registrations and many of our sponsorship categories come with complimentary Full Conference registrations as well. If your firm chooses to exhibit or sponsor the event, individuals from your firm can then register at the Non-Vendor rate. One-Day Monday Registration is not available to Vendors who are not exhibiting or sponsoring.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for the 26th Annual Securities Operations Summit is as follows due to the current Coronavirus. ISITC will provide a full refund to any attendee who is prohibited from attending the Summit due to ISITC’s travel restrictions, documented travel restrictions placed on by your firm, or illness. The ISITC Administrative Office must be notified in writing of cancellation. ISITC is unable to transfer conference payment to a future event. To cancel your conference registration, please e-mail usainfo@isitc.org.
Consent to Use Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the ISITC Securities Operations Summit and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ISITC's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video’s, electronic reproductions, marketing efforts and materials, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Cancellation Policy: Hotel cancellation policy is (72) hours. If guests cancel less than 72 hours, a penalty of one nights room and tax is charged.
