Jason Brasile is a vice president at State Street in the Global Product and Platform Solutions group. He leads the investment operations strategies across all business lines within State Street Global Services. In his role, Mr. Brasile helps guide the strategic direction and development of reference data and transaction management with additional responsibilities leading the development of messaging and other global industry initiatives within the firm.
Prior to joining State Street, Mr. Brasile held various roles within global custody at both Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Brasile is an active member and leader of several industry groups. He acts as the Regional Director for the Americas within the Securities Market Practice Group (SMPG) steering committee; member of the SIFMA AMG Operations executive committee and a member of the ISITC board of directors acting as an executive sponsor for the ISITC Settlements as well as Margin and Collateral Working Groups. Jason is also a member of the ISO20022 Registration Management Group (RMG) and Securities Standards Evaluation Group (SEG) acting as facilitator of the Settlements and Reconciliations Evaluation Team. Other roles include chair of the FX sub-committee for the US National Group (USNG) and participation in many other industry association working groups and committees including various ISDA/FpML working groups and the FIX Trading Community.
